When you register at an event through CandidPandaa, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and — if you choose to provide one — a selfie photo. When you upload photos or videos, those files are stored and associated with the event you uploaded them to.
Your contact information is shared with the venue or planner hosting the event you registered for — they may use it to follow up with you about future events or services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Uploaded photos and videos are automatically deleted 30 days after the event date. Your registration contact information is retained by the event host for their own records unless you request its deletion.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@candidpandaa.com or the venue that hosted your event directly.
